Summer Camps

This camp led by Coach Tony Hickman. Specializes in building fundamentals, basic and advanced skills. This camp will focus on offensive and defensive game tactics.

The Capital Clubhouse will be hosting Global Volleyball Camps in July/ August and Instructed by members of the Southern Maryland Volleyball Club under the direction of Nila Toribio- Straka. The camps are open to both boys and girls.

Capital Clubhouse is proud to have Coach Jared Kaufman bring his years of goaltending experience (University of Buffalo and Buffalo Sabres Practice Squad) to the rink and hosting another Limitless Goaltending Summer Camp for our local youth athletes!

Schedule:

• 8:45-9am: Arrival in sport attire
• 9-9:30am: Off-ice stretching and conditioning
• 9:30-9:45am: Get dressed for the ice
• 9:45-11:15am: On-ice skills
• 11:15-11:30am: Get dressed in sport attire
• 11:30-12:15pm:  LUNCH (Bring your own)
• 12:15-1pm:  Chalk Talk
• 1-1:15pm: Get dressed for ice
• 1:15-2:45pm:  On-ice skills
• 2:45-3pm: Get dressed for home
