Homeschool Sports Academy
The Homeschool Sports Academy is conveniently located at Capital Clubhouse in Waldorf, MD to provide a safe atmosphere that encourages children to learn and participate in a variety of sports, including kickball, volleyball, basketball, ice hockey, ice skating, soccer, and more. The program provides school aged children ages 5 to 12 specialized instruction, social interaction, physical activity, fun, and fitness along the way!
A typical 90 minute class will be structured to include age appropriate warm up routine, stretching , health and fitness activities, basic sports skills development/games, and physical education class games.
The overall goal of the program is for the boys and girls to have fun, learn basic skills and become more active.
This program is lead by Vad Lee, an accomplished author, speaker, and former professional football player.
A sample of Vad's experience includes collegiate student mentor, character development, athletics coach, guest speaker, and professional quarterback.
