All of our clients don't have perfect bodies. Some do. Most don't. You will meet people who are at your fitness level with the same goals as you.

You won't feel like you have "two left feet". Sure, you may zig when we say zag at first, but you wil catch on in no time. Our instructors TEACH and give OPTIONS so that you are successful from the beginning.

There are no long term contracts. There simply are none. You can sign up for the automatic deduction (EFT) with the freedom to cancel anytime, or purchase the 2-month pass or just a day pass.

You will be challenged but not intimidated. Our choreography is exciting and fun and always a surprise as we mix the new with the familiar.

Regular Jazzercise (Reg) -Each 60 minute workout blends dance and muscle toning movements choreographed to today's hottest music. Our instructors make all the routines fun and easy to follow. Every class includes a warm-up, a 30-minute aerobic workout, a muscle toning and strength training segment and stretch finale.

Jazzercise Circuit (Cir)- This 60 minute intersperses muscle toning and strength training routines and dance aerobics. It provides heart smart "interval" training and targets every mucle group for a full body workout.

Jazzercise Body Sculpting (BS)- Sculpted arms, a strong core, tight glutes and firm legs are the focus of this challenging 45 minute muscle toning workout that features a creative combination of weight training and stretching.

Jazzercise Lite (Lite)- Lite has all the fun and conditiong components of Regular Jazzercise with no hopping and some modifications in movement and set structure. This format is perfect for active seniors, moms-to-be, reformed couch potatoes and anyone else looking for a low impact but challenging workout.

Jazzercise Express (Exp)- Fitness is a snap with this power packed 30 minute workout featuring both aerobic & strength training routines. A warm-up, 5 cardio & 2 strength routines are great for those pressed for time or on a lunch hour.

Jazzercise Step (Step)- Jazzercise trademark choreography is specially adapted to create an original step aerobic class that's anything but routine. This low-impact, high intensity workout is a great way to add variety to your personal fitness program.
